Before you can withdraw your earnings from Tutorverse, you need to link a South African bank account to your tutor profile. This is a one-time setup and can be updated at any time.
How to Add Your Bank Details
- Go to your Tutor Dashboard → Wallet.
- Click on Add Bank Account.
- Fill in the following details:
- Bank Name: Select your bank from the dropdown list.
- Account Number: Enter your full bank account number.
- Account Holder Name: This must match the name on your bank account exactly.
- Account Type: Choose between Current or Savings.

We support all major South African banks through our payment partner, Paystack, including:
- ABSA
- Capitec
- FNB (First National Bank)
- Nedbank
- Standard Bank
- Investec
- TymeBank
- Discovery Bank
- African Bank
Changing Your Bank Account
If you need to update your banking details, navigate to Wallet → Bank Account and update the relevant fields. For security, changes may require re-verification.

Your bank details are encrypted and stored securely. They are only used for processing your withdrawal requests. We will never share your financial information with third parties.
